What are your payment options?
Payments are made via your Jane account. After your student arrives to class, I will "check them in" and your card on file will automatically be charged and a receipt will be sent to the email on file.
What do I have to bring to my first lesson?

Weather Policy
Rain: Classes will be cancelled if the rain prediction is over 50% during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion
Heat: Classes will be cancelled if the temperatures are 100+ during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion
Air Quality: Classes will be cancelled if the AQI is over 150 or up to the coaches discretion
Wind: Classes will be cancelled if the wind is over 20mph or up to the coaches discretion
Cold: Classes will be cancelled if the temperatures are 35 & below during our lesson time or up to the coaches discretion

*I will do my best to give you at least a 24-48 hour warning if classes need to be cancelled, however, weather can be unpredictable*
What is your cancellation & payment policy?
Cancellations: Must be made via your Jane account. Cancellations made with less than a 48 hour notice will be subject to the cancellation fee equaling 50% of the lesson cost. Students who do not attend the lesson and do not notify the instructor prior to the lesson will be expected to pay up to 100% of the lesson cost.

How do I sign up?
1. Confirm with coach that your desired spot is available
2. Complete your Jane Account set up
3. Wait for your confirmation invite email

Students sign up to come weekly unless they have a conflict (please give a 48 hour notice). Students spots are secure each week unless they disenroll.

Disenrollment: Please give a 48 hour notice if you would like to disenroll in lessons.

Health & Safety
1. Hand Sanitizer is available before, during and after each lesson
2. Equipment is sanitized in between lessons
3. Dots are placed on the court 3-6 feet apart so students can be spaced out
4. Students that are feeling ill are advised to stay home and rest
